K3 Contracting is a residential construction company based in Queensbury serving Warren, Washington, and Saratoga Counties. We are a privately owned firm with over a decade of industry experience.

Project Pricing
Most projects are priced at a flat rate with the exception of fire damage or rot repairs as well as some custom carpentry which will be billed based on time and materials spent.
